ธรรมาธิปไตยในฐานะเป็นเครื่องมือพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย

Abstract

           บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้ มุ่งศึกษาเครื่องมือการพัฒนาของศาสตร์และศิลป์ที่ตกผลึกของธรรมาธิปไตยในฐานะเป็นเครื่องมือพัฒนาประชาธิปไตยในการสร้างความเป็นประชาธิปไตยเพื่อประชาชนโดยสมบูรณ์ไปสู่การปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตย ถือว่าอำนาจอันชอบธรรมในการปกครองประเทศ ต้องมาจากประชาชน เพื่อประโยชน์สุขโดยเฉพาะของประชาชนโดยส่วนรวม ไม่ใช่เพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้มีอำนาจหรือประชาชนกลุ่มใดกลุ่มหนึ่งเป้าหมายเพื่อการปกครองด้วยอำนาจของความดีและความถูกต้องที่เป็นใหญ่ การที่จะก้าวไปสู่การปกครองด้วยระบอบดังกล่าวได้ ต้องใช้ธรรมาธิปไตยเป็นเครื่องมือในการสร้างรัฐหรือสร้างชาติอันนำไปสู่การสร้าง“องค์กรแห่งความสุขแบบประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์” ในการพัฒนาประเทศอย่างมั่นคง มั่งคั่งและยั่งยืนในอนาคตต่อไป

            This academic article focuses on tools for developing and art being crystalline meritocracy as a tool for developing democracy to complete democracy for the people. This leads to democracy considered legitimate authority in a country. Legitimate authority originates from the people for the benefit of the public, not for the benefit of the authority or a particular group of people. The goal is to govern with the power of goodness and accuracy or a rule using goodness and accuracy as a great. To step into the above regime needs to use meritocracy as a tool to create a state or nation leading to "Organization of happiness and a complete democracy for developing a stable wealthy country in the future.
