@article{ณ ทองแก้ว_2019, title={“รูปแบบการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเรือใบพื้นบ้านเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ อำเภอละแม จังหวัดชุมพร” Conservative and restorative pattern of traditional sailing boat for ecotourism in Lamae district, Chumphon province}, volume={11}, url={https://e-journal.sru.ac.th/index.php/jhsc/article/view/1019}, abstractNote={<p><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong><strong></strong></p><p>            งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำชุดความรู้ และศึกษารูปแบบการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเรือใบพื้นบ้านเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศภายใต้แนวคิด “คุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรม” โดยใช้วิธีปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำเส้นเวลา(timeline) เพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้เรือใบพื้นบ้าน และ สว๊อท (SWOT) วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพของเรือใบพื้นบ้าน การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสังเกตการมีส่วนร่วมกับกลุ่มแกนนำ จำนวน 20 คน วิเคราะห์ผลโดยการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาแบ่งออก 3 ส่วน ดังนี้ 1) ชุดความรู้เรือใบพื้นบ้านเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ และรวบรวมเป็นคู่มือสื่อความหมาย (เรื่อง“ชักใบขึ้นเสา</p><p>ล่องเลแม”) 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์สว๊อท (SWOT) พบว่าชุมชนมีศักยภาพจัดอยู่ในระดับ 3 หมายถึง ชุมชนเพิ่งเริ่มต้น มีการเตรียมความพร้อม แต่ยังไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยวควรมีการบริหารจัดการด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร จัดตั้งศูนย์เรียนรู้ และครูภูมิปัญญาเพื่อสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น และ 3) รูปแบบการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเรือใบพื้นบ้านที่มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนา “แหล่งท่องเที่ยว” ไปพร้อมกับการพัฒนาคนนำไปสู่การจัดการผลประโยชน์ในรูปแบบองค์กรเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา และปรับภาพลักษณ์ใหม่ที่สร้างคุณค่าประสบการณ์แก่นักท่องเที่ยว สำหรับปัจจัยชี้วัดความสำเร็จในการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเรือใบพื้นบ้าน ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างองค์กรชัดเจน กลุ่มคนที่มีศักยภาพเพียงพอ มีองค์กรที่ให้การสนับสนุนอย่างจริงจัง ชุดความรู้และสร้างภาพลักษณ์หรือพัฒนาแบรนต์ของเรือใบพื้นบ้านเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และจดจำ</p><p>คำสำคัญ : การอนุรักษ์ การฟื้นฟู  เรือใบพื้นบ้าน การท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ</p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์เบญจมาศ ณ ทองแก้ว,  ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์อำนาจ รักษาพล, จุฑามาส เพ็งโคนา, และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชลดรงค์ ทองสง</p><p>อาจารย์ สาขาวิชาพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว, มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้-ชุมพร</p><p>อีเมล์ผู้แต่ง : <a href="mailto:christagmy59@gmail.com">christagmy59@gmail.com</a></p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>            This research aims to design knowledge packages and investigate conservative and restorative pattern of traditional sailing boat for ecotourism under “cultural value” concept, which Participatory Action is considered as the research methodology. Research tools consist of timeline setting for traditional sailing boat knowledge collection, SWOT for traditional sailing boat situational, environmental and potential analysis, and in-depth interview and participatory observation with 20 people of team leaders. The findings from this research were synthesized into 3 parts, which were 1) knowledge packages of traditional sailing boat for ecotourism which were collected as a guidebook (named “Chuk Bai Khuen Sao Song Lay Mae (Sailing into Lamae Sea)”) 2) SWOT analysis, which showed that the potential community is ranked in 3<sup>rd</sup> level, which is indicated to started community with preparation, no tourist. This kind of community should have organizational management, learning center, and wisdom scholars in order to forward to next generation, and 3) conservative and restorative pattern of traditional sailing boat for ecotourism which its goal is to develop “tourism landmark” in accordance with human resources development in order to beneficially manage as the organizational pattern of tourism and sport, and revitalize valuable experienced image for tourist.
