วิถีชีวิต “คนสองน้ำ” จังหวัดระนอง (The Way of life of Khon song nam in Ranong Province)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the Khon song nam’s way of life from the past to the present. These were the ways of living, forms of employment and relationships, It also studied the problems and needs of the Khon song nam people. The results of the study were divided two time frames. The first was when they immigrated to Ranong Province (before 2004). The second period was from 2004 to the present.

The results’ of the study revealed that the Khon Song nam’s problems and needs can be categorized into 4 groups: standard of lining, environment, basic rights and the requirement of Thai nationality.
