เทศกาลสำคัญของชาวจีนยูนนานที่หมู่บ้านอรุโณทัย ตำบลเมืองนะ อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ The Important Festivals of Yunnan Chinese People in Arunothai, Muang Na, Chiang Dao, Chiangmai

Abstract

บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มุ่งสะท้อนประเด็นการคงอยู่และการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเทศกาลสำคัญของชาวจีนยูนนานที่หมู่บ้านอรุโณทัย ตำบลเมืองนะ อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตลอดจนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังที่กล่าวมา คณะวิจัยได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์วิทยากรที่เป็นชาวจีนยูนนานในพื้นที่ระหว่างวันที่ 25-27 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ผลปรากฏว่า ชาวจีนยูนนานในหมู่บ้านอรุโณทัยสามารถอนุรักษ์และสืบสานเทศกาลสำคัญของบรรพบุรุษรวมหกเทศกาลด้วยกัน ได้แก่ เทศกาลวันตรุษจีน วันเช็งเม้ง เทศกาลตวนอู่ เทศกาลจงหยวน เทศกาลไหว้พระจันทร์ และเทศกาลวันฉงหยาง อย่างไรก็ตาม การเข้ามาอาศัยในอาณาเขตใหม่ และถูกโอบล้อมด้วยบริบทใหม่ยังผลให้วิถีชีวิตของชาวจีนยูนนานในหมู่บ้านอรุโณทัยเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากสมัยที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศจีนหลายประการ เห็นชัดที่สุด คือ การประกอบกิจกรรมในเทศกาลตวนอู่และวันตรุษจีนหรือเทศกาลวันขึ้นปีใหม่ตามประเพณีจีน เมื่อถึงเทศกาลตวนอู่ ชาวจีนในประเทศจีนจะมีกิจกรรมแข่งเรือมังกร แตกต่างจากชาวจีนยูนนานในหมู่บ้านอรุโณทัยที่เพียงทำขนมบ๊ะจ่างและขนมฉือปารับประทานกัน สำหรับเทศกาลตรุษจีนนั้น ชาวจีนยูนนานในหมู่บ้านอรุโณทัยไม่นิยมตักน้ำในวันขึ้นปีใหม่ ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นจริง ๆ ผู้ตักน้ำต้องโยนเหรียญลงไปในน้ำและไหว้ขอเป็นการแก้เคล็ดจึงจะสามารถตักน้ำมาใช้ได้ อาหารที่รับประทานในวันแรกของเทศกาลตรุษจีนก็มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงจากเดิมที่นิยมจัดอาหารชุดใหญ่กลายมาเป็นอาหารเจทั้งหมด ส่วนปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเทศกาลสำคัญของชาวจีนยูนนานในหมู่บ้านอรุโณทัยมีสองประการ คือ ความแตกต่างทางด้านภูมิประเทศระหว่างประเทศจีนกับประเทศไทย และความพยายามกลมกลืนกับวิถีชีวิตแบบไทยของชาวจีนยูนนานกลุ่มนี้อีกประการหนึ่ง The article is aimed to investigate mainly on changes and effects on Chinese Yunnan traditional festival in Arunothai village, Muang Na, Chiang Dao, Chiangmai Province. The research team collected the data related to concerning the Chinese Yunnan people in Arunothai village on 25-27 August 2561. It is found out that they are still trying to maintain, conserve and hand over their traditions to the new generation, including six traditional festivals together. There are Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year, The Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Jong Yuan Festival, Moon Festival, and Chong Yang Festival. As Chinese Yunnan migrated to live in a new place, their way of life changed from the original Yunnan in many factors. It is clearly seen in the Dragon Boat Festival and Chinese New Year festival. Chinese people in China usually arrange Dragon Boat festival by racing dragon boat but Chinese Yunnan Arunothai just made snacks like Bajan and Chipa to eat. For the Chinese New year, it is not popular with Yunnan Chinese in Arunothai to fetch water that is essential event in the New Year Festival. They must throw the coins to the water and pray before using water. The food that was eaten on the first day of the Chinese New Year has changed from the popular food to the vegetarian food. It is assumed that there are two main reasons that can change the arrangement of traditional, that are different geographical features between China and Thailand and adaptation to make harmony with Thai life style.
