บทความวิจัยฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับกำเนิดพรหมจารีในเทพปกรณัมทั้งจากภูมิภาคตะวันตกและในภูมิภาคตะวันออก ตลอดจนศึกษาอนุภาคกำเนิดพรหมจารีที่ปรากฏอย่างสอดคล้องต้องกันในนิทานเวียดนามเรื่อง “เสาะเสื่อ” และนิทานไทยเรื่อง “ท้าวเต่า” ผลการวิจัยทำให้ทราบว่า นอกจากอนุภาคกำเนิดพรหมจารีที่ทารกบังเกิดมาจากมารดาแล้ว ยังพบ กลิ่นอายของอนุภาคกำเนิดพรหมจารีที่ทารกถือปฏิสนธิจากบิดา และอนุภาคกำเนิดพรหมจารีที่ทารกบังเกิดมาจากธรรมชาติแวดล้อม เช่น กองอัคนี ดอกบัว หรือก้อนหิน สำหรับการศึกษาอนุภาคกำเนิดพรหมจารีในนิทานเวียดนามเรื่อง “เสาะเสื่อ” และนิทานไทยเรื่อง “ท้าวเต่า” ทำให้ประจักษ์ว่า การที่พระเอกถือกำเนิดโดยปราศจากเงื่อนไขการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุรุษกับสตรี สื่อนัยยะถึงการเกิดใหม่ทางจิตวิญญาณที่ยังให้พวกเขามีสภาวะจิตสูงกว่ามนุษย์ธรรมดา ในขณะที่สัญลักษณ์ที่ตัวละครเอกถอดรูปทรงอัปลักษณ์ออกและกลายเป็นบุรุษสง่างามนั้น ก็สื่อความเป็นนัยว่า ทั้งสองได้สลัดส่วนที่เป็นสัตวะของตัวเองทิ้งเพื่อที่จะก้าวไปสู่มรรคาแห่งการดำรงชีวิตแบบใหม่ที่มาพร้อมกับการบรรลุสภาวะแห่งความยอดประเสริฐ

Abstract
The research article aims to clarify the Immaculate Conception concept in both western and eastern mythologies. The article also aims to identify the resemblance of the Immaculate Conception motif of Vietnamese folktale “So Dua” and Thai folktale “Thao Tao”. The research result reveals that the Immaculate Conception motif can be derived from mothers, fathers and natural environment such as a bonfire, a lotus flower, even if the rock. In identifying the Immaculate Conception motif reveals that the male protagonists who were born from the Immaculate Conception situation as appeared in “So Dua” and “Thao Tao” signify the renascent spirit with higher spiritual quality than ordinary human beings. The dignified body also signifies the throwing of manlike existence in order to subsist the state of Summum Bonum.
