พระราชนิพนธ์แปลวรรณกรรมจีนร่วมสมัย (Chinese Contemporary Fictions Translated)

Abstract

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาพระราชนิพนธแ์ ปลวรรณกรรมจีนรว่ มสมัย ในสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ซึ่งเป็นงานเขียนประเภทบันเทิงคดี จำนวน 9 เรื่องในหนังสือ 6 เล่ม วรรณกรรมจีนร่วมสมัยทั้ง 9 เรื่อง สะท้อนภาพความเปลี่ยนแปลงของการเมืองและสังคมจีนจากระบบคอมมูนมาจนถึงยุคสมัยใหม่ที่เป็นระบบทุนนิยมและบริโภคนิยมมีบทบาทสำคัญ ความเปลี่ยนแปลงเช่นนี้มีผลกระทบต่อวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมของชาวจีน พระราชนิพนธ์แปลวรรณกรรมจีนร่วมสมัยแสดงถึงพระวิริยภาพและพระปรีชาสามารถในภาษาจีน และพระปรีชาสามารถด้านภาษาไทยที่ทรงเลือกสรรถ้อยคำสละสลวย และเหมาะสมแก่บริบทของเรื่อง อีกทั้งยังแสดงพระปรีชาญาณของสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารีที่ทรงคัดสรรวรรณกรรมจีนร่วมสมัยที่มีเรื่องราวฉายภาพของสังคมจีนอย่างแจ่มชัด เน้นให้เห็นการปะทะกันของคุณค่าแบบดั้งเดิมกับคุณค่าแบบสมัยใหม่ สะท้อนให้เห็นภาพของสังคมไทยซึ่งกำลังเผชิญวิกฤติจากความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมในทำนองเดียวกัน

This article aims to study nine Chinese contemporary fictions in six
books translated by H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. These nine fictions reflect the social and political changes in China during several decades : from commune to the modern world where the capitalism and personal gain take priority and also materialism and consumptionism are influent. These rapidly changes effect the Chinese ways of life and traditions. The Princess’s translated books show her fluency in the Chinese language as well as in Thai which can be seen in the selection of the proper words to the contexts. In addition, these books reflect the ability of her selection of the Chinese contemporary fictions which emphasize on the conflicts between traditional values and modern values. These Chinese contemporary fictions can be a mirror which reflects Thai contemporary society facing the crisis of the social and cultural changes as well.
