การพัฒนาเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา (The Development of a Printing Machine from a Rubber Calender Machine)

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจาก
เครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีด
แผ่นยางพารา 2) เพื่อทดสอบและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพาราที่ได้พัฒนา
มาใช้พิมพ์ภาพ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้เรียนจากการใช้เครื่องรีด
แผ่นยางพาราที่พัฒนาแล้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ
สุราษฎร์ธานี หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาศิลปกรรมชั้นปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554
ซึ่งเรียนในรายวิชาภาพพิมพ์พื้นฐาน จำนวน 35 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครอื่ งมอื ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย เครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้เครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของเครื่องพิมพ์ 2) กำหนดปัญหาและจัดทำ
เครื่องพิมพ์ด้วยเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา 3) สร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอน
วิชาภาพพิมพ์พื้นฐานจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา 4) ทดลองและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพ
การทำงานของเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา 5) นำนวัตกรรมที่สร้างได้ไปใช้แก้ปัญหาประกอบ
การเรียนการสอนวิชาภาพพิมพ์พื้นฐาน และ 6) สรุปผลและอภิปรายผล

ผลจากการวิจัยปรากฏว่าประสิทธิภาพเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพาราตามเกณฑ์ 75 / 75 พบว่าประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารา มีประสิทธิภาพ E1 / E2 เท่ากับ 83.81 / 87.43 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้คือ E1 / E2 เท่ากับ 75 / 75 โดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ จำนวน 3 คน และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาศิลปกรรมจำนวน 35 คนเป็นผู้ประเมินหาประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งพบว่าผู้ประเมินทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีความเห็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันคือ เครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพารามีประสิทธิภาพดีเท่าเทียมกับเครื่องพิมพ์ภาพที่ได้มาตรฐานตามหลักสากล สังเกตได้จากนํ้าหนักและความคมชัดของชิ้นงานด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวทำให้นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในการใช้เครื่องพิมพ์ภาพจากเครื่องรีดแผ่นยางพาราประกอบการเรียนการสอนต่อไป

This research aims to develop the printmaking machine from a rubber
slashing flattening machine, to examine, and to study the efficiency of the machine developed for printmaking. In this research, 35 sophomore students majoring in Art Program in the Faculty of Education at Suratthani Rajabhat University enrolling in the Foundation of Print Course were selected with the method of purposive sampling. The research tools used for this study were a printmaking machine developed from a rubber slashing flattening machine, an evaluation form for the printmaking machine from a rubber slashing flattening machine and a set of questionnaire concerning the students’ satisfaction towards the
efficiency the machine. The research was conducted by 1) examining and
analyzing problems of the printmaking machine 2) identifying exact problems and making a printmaking machine out of a rubber slashing/flattening machine 3) creating innovative learning approach for printmaking from rubber slashing/flattening machine 4) testing and evaluating the efficiency at the machine 5) applying this new innovative thinking to solve any problems in learning about printmaking 6) summarize and discussing the results.The research findings reveals the efficiency of the printmaking machine developed from a slashing and flattening rubber sheet machine according to the criterion of 75/75 showed the efficiency result at the level of E1/E2 or 83.81 / 87.43 which followed the specification, E1 / E2 = 75 / 75. This machine was proved for the ability by 3 specialists and 35 sophomore students majoring in Art Program. In addition, both the specialists and students agreed that the printmaking machine developed from this rubber machine did the printings as effectively as other general printing machines, noticing from the printing weight and the clarity of the work. From these, the students were satisfied with using the new innovation, the printing machine from a rubber slashing flattening machine, in the course they enrolled.
