Chinese characters contain a distinct systematic character invention
process since the beginning through adapting and developing invention principle as well as character’s forms and characteristics in response to communication and transitional society. This article aims to present evolution image of Chinese characters via its overall invention process and the constant change of characters’ forms and characteristics in the past. It also reflects the mightiness of Chinese civilization from the past to the present through one of the Chinese characters’ aspects.
