Abstract

การศึกษาวิเคราะห์วรรณกรรมท้องถิ่นภาคใต้เรื่องสุทธิกรรมชาดกและสุภาษิต
ร้อยแปดครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์สามประการ ประการแรก เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นความรู้สึก
และความคิดภายในจิตของผู้ประพันธ์ คือ พระอุดมปิฎก ที่ซ่อนแฝงความหมายไว้ด้วย
สุภาษิตคำสอน ผู้อ่านที่ไม่ทราบประวัติอันเป็นภูมิหลังของผู้ประพันธ์ จะไม่ทราบความ
หมายที่ซ่อนแฝงไว้นั้น เมื่อทราบความหมายโดยนัยที่ซ่อนอยู่ อาจทำให้ผู้อ่านเกิดได้ทั้ง
อารมณ์ร่วมคล้อยตาม และอารมณ์ร่วมคัดค้าน ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นฐานความรู้ปัจจุบันของผู้นั้น
ประการถัดมา เพื่อเปิดเผยความนัยที่ผู้ประพันธ์ คือ พระอุดมปิฎกได้ซ่อนแฝงไว้ตั้งแต่ต้น
จนบัดนี้เป็นเวลาเกือบ 200 ปี ที่มีทั้งคำเตือนเพื่อห้ามผู้ใกล้ชิด คำเสียดสีต่อว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกับ
นิกายใหม่ และความรู้สึกน้อยใจของผู้ประพันธ์ ซึ่งอาจมีผลกระทบกับสังคมชาวพุทธบ้าง
แต่นั่นเป็นเรื่องในอดีตกาลที่ผ่านมา ประการสุดท้าย เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นอัจฉริยภาพของพระอุดม
ปิฎก ที่สามารถแต่งวรรณกรรมคำสอนแต่ละบทให้มีความหมายได้ทั้งสองอย่าง คือ ความหมาย
ตรงและความหมายโดยนัย ซึ่งเป็นงานที่ทำได้ยากยิ่ง ทั้งแต่ละบทได้ส่งความหมายเป็น

เหตุและผลต่อเนื่องกันไปตลอด ด้วยเหตุนี้ ผู้วิเคราะห์จึงมีความเห็นว่า วรรณกรรมท้องถิ่น
ภาคใต้เรื่องสุทธิกรรมชาดกและสุภาษิตร้อยแปด ควรได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็นเลิศทาง
บทประพันธ์ประเภทสุภาษิตคำกาพย์ของชาวภาคใต้ตลอดไป

An analytical study on the southern version of literature named
“Suthikamchadok and Various Proverbs” aimed at 1) to point out the inner
feelings and thoughts of the author, Pra Udom Pidok, which contain hidden
meaning by proverbs. Readers who do not know the background of the author
will not know that hidden meaning. When they know that connotation, readers
may have caused both emotional engagement and emotional objection which
based on current knowledge. 2) To reveal the meaning that the author, Pra
Udom Pidok, has hidden from the beginning to now, nearly 200 years It warned
the closer persons not to satirize people who join the new denomination and feel
neglected by the author, which could have an impact on the Buddhist society
but that was happened in the past. And 3) to point out the genius of Pra Udom
Pidok who wrote each chapter of proverbs provided two meanings which are 

direct meaning and connotation This is a very hard job. Each chapter has
cause and effect meaning continually. For those reasons, The analyst has
concluded that the southern version of literatures named “Suthikamchadok and
Various Proverbs” should be regarded as the literary excellence of Proverbs
and epic of the southerners forever.
