ความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงขององค์การบริหาร ส่วนตำบล จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี (Need of Using High Speed Internet in Sub-District Organization in)

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง ความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงของ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และศึกษาปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต ความเร็วสูงขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ทั้งขนาดเล็ก และ ขนาดกลาง จำนวน 113 อบต. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าไคสแควร์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีความต้องการ ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงอย่างมาก เพื่อนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร รองลงมาด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ตามลำดับ
2. ปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล พบว่าบุคลากรมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเพียงด้านเดียวในเชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยที่ บุคลากรของ อบต. ต้องการศึกษาข้อมูลสินค้าจากพนักงานของบริษัทที่ให้บริการ ก่อนที่จะตัดสินใจใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงแทนระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตพื้นฐานเดิม

The purposes of this research were divided into: (1) to study the need of using high speed internet network in the offices of sub-district organization in Surat Thani province; and (2) to study the marketing factors affected the need of using the high speed internet network in the offices of sub-district organization. The sample population consisted of the administrators of 113 sub-district organizations. The questionnaire was used as the instrument to conduct the research. SPSS PC for WINDOWS was used to analyze for finding frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Chi-Square.

The results were as follows:

1. The sub-district organizations needed the high speed internet in the high level in order to develop their organizations in 3 aspects; these are the aspects of organizational development, personnel development and the development of human living, respectively.
2. The marketing factors which affected the need of using high speed internet network revealed that the only personal factor correlated positively to the need of using high speed internet network at the significantly. The sub-district personnel needed to know products information from the company’s employees for providing services before then will home made decision for using the high speed internet network instead of replacing the conventional internet network.
