การพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟอินทรีย์รักษาป่า บ้านผาแดงหลวงกับความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน (The Development of Community Enterprise on Organic Coffee for Forest Protection of Ban Pha Daeng Luang and the Strength of Community)

Abstract

บทความนี้ต้องการนำเสนอในประเด็นความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนที่เกิดจาก
การพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟอินทรีย์รักษาป่าบ้านผาแดงหลวง ซึ่งเกิดจากการ
มีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน นับเป็นกระบวนการพัฒนาจากรากฐานที่มีความมั่นคง
อย่างแท้จริง โดยทุกองคาพยพในชุมชนสามารถทำหน้าที่ได้อย่างสอดคล้องเพื่อมุ่งสู่
เป้าหมายเดียวกัน ตั้งแต่ผู้นำที่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อระบบความคิดของคนในชุมชนและ
ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ถือได้ว่าเป็นหัวใจหลักสำหรับการพัฒนายุคใหม่
ส่วนสมาชิกก็มีบทบาทไม่น้อยไปกว่ากันในฐานะฟันเฟืองที่คอยสนับสนุน แลกเปลี่ยน
ความรู้เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางความคิดและเกิดทางเลือกในการตัดสินใจ 

โดยยึดหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบกับการมีทรัพยากรอันเป็นต้นทุนทางธรรมชาติ
ของชุมชน ซึ่งนับเป็นปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนต่อการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟอินทรีย์รักษาป่า
บา้ นผาแดงหลวง และการสนับสนุนโดยองค์กรภายนอกที่มีส่วนในการสร้างความเข้มแข็ง
ให้กับชุมชน ทั้งในแง่ของการวางแผนด้านการบริหารจัดการ องคาพยพเหล่านี้จึงเป็น
แรงขับสำคัญต่อการก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดในเชิงพื้นที่และสามารถพัฒนาไปสู่การเป็นชุมชน
เข้มแข็งที่พึ่งตนเองได้

This article presented the strength of community that resulted from
the development of community enterprise on organic coffee for forest protection
of Ban Pha Daeng Luang. It was the result of building participation of community
members that illustrated development process built upon solid foundation
in which all mechanisms in the community worked coherently toward the same
goal starting from the leader holding important role in the thinking process that
influenced success of the operation. This was considered the core of modern
development because members as scaffolding mechanism provided the
support and exchanged ideas in order to strengthen thoughts that encouraged
choices for decision-making which implied involvement principles. Additionally,
rich natural resources favoring the development of community enterprise on
organic coffee for forest protection of Ban Pha Daeng Luang and potentiality of
external organization empowering the strength of the community especially
management system were important driving mechanisms for the community to
surpass geographical limitations and become strong and self-reliance community.
