การจัดการทรัพยากรทางศิลปะการแสดงท้องถิ่นเพื่อชุมชน ตำบลท่ามะเดื่อ อำเภอบางแก้ว จังหวัดพัทลุง (Management of Local Art Resources for Community in Thamaduea Sub - district, Bangkeaw District, Phatthalung Province)

Abstract

การจัดการทรัพยากรทางศิลปะการแสดงท้องถิ่นเพื่อชุมชน ตำบลท่ามะเดื่อ
อำเภอบางแก้ว จังหวัดพัทลุง มุ่งศึกษาหารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการทรัพยากรทาง
ศิลปะการแสดงท้องถิ่นเพื่อชุมชนในตำบลท่ามะเดื่อ อำเภอบางแก้ว จังหวัดพัทลุง บนฐาน
ของการสำรวจ ศึกษาความเป็นมา ลักษณะ รูปแบบ และกระบวนการจัดการทรัพยากร
ทางศิลปะการแสดงท้องถิ่นในตำบลท่ามะเดื่อ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน พบว่า พัฒนาการ
ของทรัพยากรทางศิลปะการแสดงโนรา – หนังลุง เกิดขึ้นและดำรงอยู่มายาวนาน มีการ
เคลื่อนไหวทั้งรุ่งเรืองและซบเซา การจัดการเกิดขึ้นอย่างหลากหลายตามสถานการณ์
ทั้งด้านความบันเทิง พิธีกรรม งานสร้างสรรค์ การอนุรักษ์ การฟื้นฟู การสืบทอด
การประยุกต์ใช้ และเป็นเครื่องมือในการแก้ไขปัญหาชุมชน ปัจจุบันยังมีผู้รู้กว่าร้อยคน
ทั้งที่เป็นศิลปิน ผู้ที่มีความเชื่อ ความชอบ การจัดการศิลปะการแสดงโนรา – หนังลุงในวิถี
ของตัวเอง แต่ขณะเดียวกันยังเกิดภาวะอ่อนแอ การบูรณาการกับวิถีชุมชนที่เปลี่ยนไป 

เกิดขึ้นน้อย ความนิยมที่เปลี่ยนไป การหมดกำลังใจของ “คนใน” และการไม่สามารถ
พึ่งตนเองได้ในหลายมิติ ดังนั้นรูปแบบการจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อชุมชน สามารถดำเนินการ
ได้ 2 ลักษณะ คือ 1. รูปแบบกิจกรรมความเป็นศิลปะการแสดงด้านความบันเทิง พิธีกรรม
และงานสร้างสรรค์ และ 2. รูปแบบพื้นที่เรียนรู้ทางศิลปะการแสดง ซึ่งสามารถสร้าง
ความเชื่อมโยงกันได้อย่างบูรณาการในหลายมิติ ตามสภาพการณ์และความพร้อมของพื้นที่

The study on management of local art resources for communities in
Thamaduea sub - district, Bangkeaw district, Phatthalung province aims to
study and seek the optimal local art resources management for communities in
Thamaduea sub - district, Bangkeaw district, Phatthalung province. The
research data depended on survey, background study, appearance, pattern
and management process of local art resources from the past to present.
The result revealed that the development of Norah (dance) - Nang Lung (shadow
puppetry) performance art resources has been existed for a long time.
It enjoyed popularity and endured unpopularity. Its management was various
and depended on circumstances including entertainment, worship, creative
work, conservation, restoration, succession, application and instrument in
solving community’s problems. At the present time, there are over a hundred
experts who are artists believing and loving in Norah - Nang Lung
performance in their own ways. However, there is a state of weakness, for
example, the slight integration with local community’s way of life, changing
popularity, discouragement of “insider” and incapability of self - reliance in
many dimensions. Hence, the optimal management pattern for community has 

2 aspects i.e. 1. Art performance for entertainment, worship and creative work,
and 2. Art performance learning center which is connected in many dimensions
according to circumstances and readiness of area.
