บทคัดย่อ
แม้ว่าแนวคิดว่าด้วยการเมืองและการปกครองในประวัติศาสตร์ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปแต่ราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์กสามารถธำรงสถาบันกษัตริย์เป็นประมุขยาวนานสืบเนื่องกว่าพันปี จึงควรศึกษาเหตุปัจจัยดังกล่าว คือ ความชอบธรรมทางกฎหมายว่าด้วยการสืบราชสมบัติของกษัตริย์เดนมาร์กเกี่ยวกับที่มาของความชอบธรรมและตราสารทางกฎหมายอันเป็นรากฐานแห่งความมั่นคงของราชบัลลังก์ในแต่ละช่วงสมัย ดังเช่นในปัจจุบันความชอบธรรมตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการสืบราชสมบัติของกษัตริย์เดนมาร์กเป็นไปตามกฎหมายลายลักษณ์อักษรตามพระราชบัญญัติอันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรัฐธรรมนูญ หากจะแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงต้องกระทำตามกระบวนการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมรัฐธรรมนูญและจำต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากประชาชนโดยการทำประชามติ
Abstract
Even the political philosophiesin history have been changed, but the Kingdom of Denmark has maintained the royal institutionas their head of stateover athousandyears. The studies should be worked onthe factorsinthelegitimate succession tothe Danish Throne concerninglegitimacy sources and legal instruments which are the foundation of security of the throne in each era. At the present time, the legitimate succession to the Danish Thronecomplieswith the civil law pursuant to the Act which is a part of the Constitution of Denmark. In case of the amendment, the constitutionalamendment procedures shall be adoptedand the referendum shall be held to ensure thepublic's approval.
